perhaps the large, common tables do not allow for much intimacy, but they certainly make dinner convivial and socialisation pleasant.
the furnishings are essential and functional.
since 1997, the restaurant has once again become what it used to be when it was established more than fifty years ago… a farinotto (that is a tavern where the main dish is the farinata: a traditional dish based on chickpea flour)
its wood-burning oven, cuisine and spirit are still as they were back then.
